Discover the compelling narrative of ‘Let Me Take Your Pulse – 你好，我的大夫,’ which revolves around a Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) doctoral student embarking on a journey at a government TCM clinic, starting from the ground up to collaborate with young doctors in patient care. 中医系毕业的程嘉应（蔡思贝饰）执业以来表现出色，是每月最多病人的医师榜首，能将紧细的资源发挥其最大的效能。应晋升为高级中医师管理诊所，亦开始参与培训初级中医师。新入职的初级中医师中，竟包括她的青梅竹马、同届中医同学兼前度男友辜清劲（何广沛饰）。多年前二人因为性格及价值观问题而分手，如今重遇成为上司及下属，矛盾不断、冲突连连。不过两人拥有医者仁心，始终以病人利益为依归。劲到医院进行中西医协作治疗时受到不公平对待，最终应与一衆初级中医师离开政府诊所。衆人齐心壮志开设私人中医诊所，面对不同的病人和奇难杂症，除了医术有进步，对人生亦有不同体会。应和劲旧情複炽，却因现实问题、经营方针和理念不同，不时冲突，最终劲退出诊所，成为游牧医师。二人在各自的路上继续自己的医疗理念，直到应患上红斑狼疮症，劲参与应的中西结合治疗，在生关死劫下，二人才发现理想与现实是每个人终身学习的课题。
